Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) — CRPO
Kenza Moller, RP(Q)
I’ve always been interested in human psychology and personal development, and in 2013, I graduated from the University of Victoria having studied both Psychology and Professional Writing.
Prior to working as a therapist, I spent a decade travelling and working as a journalist and writer, where I had the privilege of helping others share their stories. I was struck by the many different ways that people understand the world and themselves, and the many paths individuals take to live rich, meaningful, and fulfilling lives. At the same time, I started working with a therapist myself — and doing so was nothing short of transformative for my self-worth, my relationships, and my day-to-day life.
When I realized how therapy could help people make tangible change in their lives, I decided to switch from helping others tell their stories to helping them change them.
